Panel moderator and on-stage interviewer
A good panel is a conversation, not four presentations in a row. As a TV journalist I prepare the questions, keep the discussion moving, give everyone a fair share of time and bring the audience in.
How I moderate
- a briefing call or a short meeting with the panellists before the event,
- questions prepared from research on the topic and on each guest,
- follow-up questions when an answer is too general,
- time management – every panellist gets the floor, the panel ends on time,
- Q&A with the audience, live or through an app,
- moderation in English, in Polish or in both languages.
Interviews on stage and on camera
Besides panels, I conduct on-stage interviews with guests, influencers and experts, and record interviews and reports for brands. My background: almost 7 years at TVP (“Telewizyjny Kurier Warszawski”, TVP3 Regiony) and, since June 2026, Newsmax Polska TV.
