Clear rates, no surprises. All prices are net, in Polish złoty; Polish VAT (23%) is added and you receive a VAT invoice.
Hosting in English or bilingual (English–Polish)
- event day up to 8 hours: 6000 PLN net,
- each hour over 8: 600 PLN net,
- galas and evening events: 6000–10 000 PLN net,
- hosting script in both languages included.
Hosting in Polish only
- event day up to 8 hours: 3000 PLN net,
- each hour over 8: 300 PLN net,
- galas and evening events: 3000–5000 PLN net.
Extras
- full event script with contests, dialogues and guest appearances, prepared separately: 1000–3000 PLN net,
- roadshows and event series (e.g. 2–8 days in several cities): individual quote,
- video recordings and interviews including image rights: 2000–10 000 PLN net,
- my own sound system (2 speakers, microphones, stands, cables): 500 PLN net per day,
- travel outside Warsaw: quoted separately.
Frequently asked questions
Why is hosting in English more expensive?
A bilingual event needs a script, research and preparation in two languages, and hosting in both languages on the day. The rate covers that double work.
Can I pay in euros?
Prices are set in Polish złoty and invoiced with Polish VAT. Write to me if your company needs a different arrangement.
